Yes Latvian legislation permits stakeholders to comment on upcoming legislative acts and to be involved in a debates and discussions during the public discussion phase of the legislation's preparation process. Legislation in preparation is available through the websites of Cabinet of Ministers (www.mk.gov.lv) and Saeima (the parliament) (www.saeima.lv) Both websites also have specific sections for stakeholder involvement: Cabinet of Ministers: http://www.mk.gov.lv/lv/sabiedribas-lidzdaliba/sabiedribas-lidzdalibas-jaunumi/?page=1 Saeima: http://www.saeima.lv/lv/sabiedribas-lidzdaliba There is live broadcast on the internet every time the sessions of Cabinet of Ministers and Saiema are happening.
