Yes Polish Journal of Laws is published in electronic version only and available online. Moreover, public bodies are obliged to publish drafts of certain documents (e.g. bills, draft programmes and policies) on dedicated websites (so called Public Information Bulletins). The obligation is specified in Art 8 of the Polish Act on Access to Public Information.
Do you provide online access to information on policies? Yes Information on policies is published in Public Information Bulletins.
Do you provide online access to information on government finance? Yes Budgetary information is published online by the Polish Ministry of Finance.
