Member States and the Commission will provide online access to information on government laws and regulations, policies and finance.

Do you have an Open Data portal? Yes Yes, Portugal has a national open data portal: Dados.gov (http://www.dados.gov.pt/pt/inicio/inicio.aspx). Portugal has a strong commitment to open data. One of the priorities for 2014 is the launching of a mobile application which will allow citizens to know where the several public services are located and simultaneously indicate how to do them online. Also, launch an Apps competition based on public data.
Are the data contained in such open data portals reusable for commercial and non-commercial purposes? Yes The license of Dados.gov (open data portal) is Creative Commons, which allows the resuse of the data for commercial and non-commercial purposes. Moreover, the PSI Directive is presently transposed in LADA (http://www.pgdlisboa.pt/pgdl/leis/lei_mostra_articulado.php?nid=638&tabela=leis) LADA does distinguish between commercial and non-commercial re-use in clause 20.6 source, PSI Scoreboard, January 2013)

Yes Citizens have access to all laws and regulations on the Official Journal website: https://dre.pt/. Furthermore, this kind of information is also available in a sectorial way in the Government Portal: http://www.portugal.gov.pt/pt/os-ministerios.aspx
Do you provide online access to information on policies? Yes The Government portal provides access to information regarding the areas of action of each ministry and also to different specific themes: http://www.portugal.gov.pt/pt/os-ministerios.aspx http://www.portugal.gov.pt/pt/os-temas.aspx
Do you provide online access to information on government finance? Yes The national General-Directorate of Budget site offers citizens a wide range of information regarding the government finance: http://www.dgo.pt/Paginas/default.aspx. Furthermore, the Government Portal provides access to information regarding the National Budget, studies of the national finance, among others: http://www.portugal.gov.pt/pt/os-ministerios/ministerio-das-financas.aspx
