Member States will provide cross-border and interoperable eDelivery services for citizens, e.g. so that they can study, work, reside, receive health care and retire anywhere in the European Union.

Do you provide any cross-border online and interoperable services for citizens? If yes, How many? Please list them. Yes Regarding the Professions Qualification Directive, there are many services and online forms for the professionals of certain areas, for example: • Agent artificial insemination storage center - communication; • Shipping agent - inscription on freedom to provide services; • Official industrial property agent - statement prior to displacement; • Real estate fund - enrollment examination of professional competence ; • Dive Coordinator - prior declaration to the displacement; • Engineer licensed in another Member State - Prior statement on the movement of the service provider; • Dive Instructor - prior declaration to the displacement; • Realtor - enrollment examination of professional competence; • Taxi driver - certificate of professional competence; • Technician Training - prior declaration to the displacement; • Coach Sports - prior to displacement statement. This kind of services are in current development, according to the legislative work that is ongoing.
Are you planning to provide those services between now and 2015 ? Yes The Professions Qualification Directive is under revision to, among other issues, reinforce the importance of the PSC in the information and services delivery. This will allow MS to go further in this matters of cross-border services for citizens. Besides, and as mentioned previously, the work regarding the revision of the national legislation of the professions is still under development and will imply more developments in this area.
