In accordance with Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, Member States will enable citizens to have electronic access to those personal data that are held on them when available electronically and will inform them electronically whenever such data are being processed by automatic means, in a simple and unambiguous manner.

Yes We are piloting service “my data” at www.slovensko.sk The source of these data is the Information System of Reference Data. Through electronic services could citizens view what personal data are held by the third parties. Personal data is possible to process if it is determined by the law or according the citizens agreement.

Yes There are some services accessible like the customer saldo-account. The Person has the right to receive the information if he asks for them. But there is no pro-active function delivering this information without a request.
