Have you developed any personalised services? Yes The personalised services are integrated in the strategies on information society, concept of eGovernment. This principle is incorporated into all development projects.E.g. personalised services are developed in the field of eHealth, Social security benefits, taxis, statistics and public procurement. YES After authentication users of portal can see personalized information and use services. The Central Public Administration Portal ( provides a central and unified access to information resources and services of the public administration. Among the most important tasks of the portal are directing the interested party to use a particular eGovernment service and providing a navigation through a life event as well as useful tips and tricks. The portal currently offers more than 1100 eGovernment services in the area of running a business, citizenship, justice, registering vehicles, social security and more. Users could search information, fulfil the different forms and queries, sign it with digital signature and send it electronically to authorities.
Are those personalised services available via multiple channels? Yes It depends on the type of services. Services are provided mainly via website, web services and mobile application. For notification e-mail and SMS are used. The One-stop-shops with personal assistance mediate the selected life events to citizens and business.
