Are the data contained in such open data portals reusable for commercial and non-commercial purposes? Yes Slovenia has established many portals that provide the public with the records of public data online and free-of charge. The following are the most frequently used: • e-Uprava The State Portal of the Republic of Slovenia – e-Uprava - is a helpful tool for anyone interested in gaining general knowledge on Slovenia, information concerning public administration (detailed description of services for the citizens) as well as those concerning private sector. https://e-uprava.gov.si/e-uprava/portal.euprava • Portal PROSTOR The portal provides for an insight into the geographical information for each property in the Slovenian Land Cadastre, Building Cadastre and Register of Spatial Units. http://e-prostor.gov.si/ • Geoportal ARSO The portal is a gateway to the Slovenian environmental data (eg. weather etc). http://gis.arso.gov.si/geoportal/catalog/main/home.page • The Register of Regulations The Slovenian and related EU legislation database. http://zakonodaja.gov.si/ • the Catalogue of functions, positions and titles in the public sector The Ministry of Justice and Public Administration provides access to the Catalogue of functions, positions and titles in the public sector together with the wage classes. http://www.mju.gov.si/si/delovna_podrocja/organizacija_kadri_in_place/placni_sistem/katalog_funkcij_delovnih_mest_in_nazivov/ • E - Land Registry (via Portal e-Sodstvo) The portal e-Sodstvo is enabling an easy and free-of-charge access to the legal status of a particular land in Slovenia. http://www.sodisce.si/javne_knjige/zemljiska_knjiga/ • The Ajpes portal The most important web portal in Slovenia in the field of business information. Yes http://zakonodaja.gov.si/ The subportal of state e-Governemnt portal, e-Democracy http://e-uprava.gov.si/e-uprava/edemokracija.euprava serves as a main public database providing the information or links to the information which the public sector bodies publish on the internet (draft laws, programmes etc).

Do you provide online access to information on government finance? Yes 1. Supervizor The Commission for the Prevention of Corruption set up a web application for monitoring the expenditure of public sector bodies – Supervizor. Supervizor is an online application that provides information to users on business transactions of the public sector bodies – direct and indirect budget users (bodies of the legislative, judicial and executive branch, autonomous and independent state bodies, local communities and their parts with legal personality, public institutes, public funds, public agencies etc.). ISPO Information Service Taxpayers have a right to know how to the funds that were entrusted to manage the country, have been spent. Within the State Portal e-Uprava, there is a subportal the ISPO Information Service which provides for direct access to information concerning public administration, showing the effects of government actions, information on public salaries of officers, usage of mobile and fixed telephones, business cars, employees in state administration bodies, working groups, road safety, etc… http://e-uprava.gov.si/ispo/
