Have you developed any personalised services? Yes The E-government portal for citizen (https://e-uprava.gov.si/e-uprava/) and One-stop-shop for business (http://evem.gov.si/)
Are those personalised services available via multiple channels? Yes Services for citizens and business are available also at different locations, offices spread all over the country. Other services, like e-taxes can be also done through e-Tax portal, citizens can arrange also via offices, located in bigger towns. The Government Single Contact Centre was set up in order to provide a full range of information on government policy and administrative issues and to offer technical assistance for the use of government applications in one place. Citizens can use telephone every day form 7 am to 10 pm, or via e-mail.
