Yes The single access point to eGovernment services of Spain allows tracking the status of the services through the personalised Citizen Folder eService which can be found at: Moreover, all the official websites of the General State Administration allow also the tracking of the eServices they provide, as the Spanish Law 39/2015 on the common administrative procedure of the public administration requires. Are those personalised services available via multiple channels? Yes A network of citizen support offices provides information and assistance to access eGovernment services. Some of the services published in the Spanish single access point of eGovernment, can be also accessed by telephone, by dedicated mobile applications or through social media channels.
