Member States will agree on a number of key cross-border public services to be rolled out between 2012 and 2015 and will identify appropriate life events/stages.

Have you agreed/committed by 2011 on a common list of key cross-border services that correspond to well defined needs? Yes The 5 cross-border services were identified in Poznan and later agreed by the eGov Expert Group as "Focus-areas for identifying cross-border digital public services and key enablers for cross-border services with a pan-European added value": STORK2, GEN6, epSOS, e-CODEX and e-SENS.
Have you implemented or do you have concrete plans to implement cross-border services? Yes Red SARA is connected to sTESTA. The connection is in operation since June 2000 and there is a memorandum of understanding signed with the European Commission in 2009. Through this connection between Red SARA and sTESTA, the Spanish Public Administrations have access to the following European services: • EURES, Ofertas de empleo en la UE; Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal. • STATEL, Intercambio de datos estadísticos; Banco de España. • EUDRANET, Productos farmacéuticos y farmacovigilancia; Agencia Española del Medicamento. • CARE II, Estadísticas de accidentes de tráfico; Dirección General de Tráfico (Interior). • EURODAC, Intercambio de huellas dactilares de solicitantes de asilo en la UE; M. Instituto Nacional del Consumo, Ministerio de Industria, Turismo y Comercio, Ministerio de Economía y Hacienda, Ministerio de Fomento y autoridades competentes en Comunidades Autónomas. • HEALTHCARE-EU, Seguridad Social. • SCEPYLT, Control del movimiento de explosivos en la UE, liderado por Ministerio del Interior – Guardia Civil This means that the connection between Red SARA and sTESTA facilitates the integration of the Spanish Administration in cross-border services: at least 21 services used by 16 entities, corresponding to 18 sectorial issues; 4 of them corresponding to multilateral initiatives in which Spain is interested in, in the fields of Interior, Justice, and Social Security.
