Do you have an Open Data portal? Yes Yes, The Czech National Open Data Portal is available at: http://portal.gov.cz/portal/obcan/rejstriky/data/97898/ (data.gov.cz) Furthermore, there are many Open Data cataloges which are provided by the ministries, ie. Ministry of Finance (data.mfcr.cz), Mnistry of Regional Development (http://data.mmr.cz/), Ministry of Defense (data.army.cz), Ministry of Justice (http://data.justice.cz/SitePages/DomovskaStranka.aspx ), Ministry of Transport, Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic (http://www.mzp.cz/cz/otevrena_data). Recently there have been recenlty launched many local open data portal such as Capital City of Prague <http://opendata.praha.eu/>, Also, Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic provides the methodology of Open Data for public administration (opendata.gov.cz)and widespread public as well as offers the technological and methodological suppport for publication and catalogisation of Open Data.
Are the data contained in such open data portals reusable for commercial and non-commercial purposes? Yes Methodology of Ministry of Interior is open like for commercial and also non-commercial purposes. The Open Data legislation was finally implemented to Czech legal system as a part of Act of Freedom of informationin September 2016. The legislation expresses the full definition of Open Data within its licences as well as its commercial and non-commercial purposes. The licences are part of metadata on the National Open Data Portal.
Do you provide online access to information on government laws and regulations via an open data portal or other means? Yes We developed the national Public Administration Portal (http://portal.gov.cz/portal/obcan/ ) that provides a one-stop access point with government information and services in the Czech Republic, both at a national and regional level, and aims to help citizens and businesses to find information and communicate with public authorities. There are published all Czech acts. There is also been implementing two projects: e-Sbírka (e-Collection) and e-Legislativa (e-Legislation) and they are supposed finishing on 31 December 2019. In the Czech Republic, the online access to information on government laws and regulations is provided to eCLEP portal < https://apps.odok.cz/eklep>

Do you provide online access to information on government finance? Yes The government finance are regularly published by the Monitor of State Treasure (http://monitor.statnipokladna.cz/en/2016/). The Monitor allows free entry to budget and accounting information from all levels of state administration and autonomy. The state budget is regularly published at the Open Data Portal of Ministry of Finance (data.mfcr.cz) as wells as the invoices, public contracts and accounting information (http://data.mfcr.cz/cs/group/provoz-ministerstva-financi) Several ministries provides information in the open data format regarding its invoices, contracts, i.e. . Ministry of Finance (data.mfcr.cz), Ministry of Regional Development (http://data.mmr.cz/), Ministry of Defense (data.army.cz), Ministry of Justice (http://data.justice.cz/SitePages/DomovskaStranka.aspx ), Ministry of Transport, Ministry of the Environment of the Czech Republic (http://www.mzp.cz/cz/otevrena_data).
