The objectives of GRECO is to improve the ability of member countries to fight against the corruption by monitoring their compliance with Council of Europe anti-corruption standards, through a dynamic process of mutual evaluation and social pressure. https://www.korupce.cz/cz/zahranicni-spoluprace/greco/greco-104840/ Since 2012 the Czech Republic is part of Open Government Partnership multilateral initiative that aims to secure concrete commitments from governments to promote transparency, empower citizens, fight corruption, and harness new technologies to strengthen governance. The Czech Republic has reguarlary created its own Action Plans that are based on the freedom of information, transparency and access to information, particularly Open Data.
