What is the highest number of participants you have had in an online consultation/debate in your policy area? Yes It is mandatory to use the national consultation portal for public consultations regarding: - law proposals put forward by ministers, official consultation letters and the list of consulted parties; - draft derived regulations of adopted laws; - responses from public consultations on law proposals submitted to the Danish Parliament (received remarks shall be made public after the deadline for submitting remarks to a public consultation and before submission of the law proposal to the Danish Parliament); - responses from public consultations on draft derived regulations (received remarks shall be made public before the regulation is officially issued); The consultation portal may be used for: - other types of legislative material for public consultation and responses from the consultation; - other types of legislative material related to a law proposal in public consultation; - official consultation notes summarising public consultations submitted to the Danish Parliament.
