Are those personalised services available via multiple channels? Yes Personalised services are available by default online through the digital channel as well as through other service delivery channels such as telephone and face-to-face. This is a part of a life-situation based approach to service delivery. Denmark is progressively in general making public services mandatory by law online accessible only towards 2015. The goal is to have 80 pct. of the written communication between the public and public authorities online only by the end of 2015.
